Crucial Accountability Video

The videos used in Crucial Accountability courses are well known for keeping participants engaged and illustrating the core principles. The account shared by Joseph Grenny in this video happened in Bangladesh making it next to impossible to film on site or even recreate. Illustrations seems like a better way to convey the story. I created the illustrations first by sketching in black ink on vellum and then scanning those drawings. I used Photoshop to refine the sketches and brush in layers of color.
