The Power of Habit Training draws on the science of habit formation to help learners recognize the behaviors they should change and learn the skills to make new behaviors stick. What we do today determines what we achieve tomorrow. Yet all too often, old habits get in the way of change. The Power of Habit Training draws on the science of habit formation to help learners replace bad habits with good, and make desired behaviors stick.
The training can be conducted in three modalities— live in person, live virtual online, and on demand. This toolkit was designed for the virtual training participants.
